We all experience cycles, or patterns within our
lives. The synchronicity is there by divine design. It is to allow us to
understand, recognize, and heal our triggers within us. We need to begin to see
the similarities within the reoccurring cycles that we experience. These
triggers are unhealthy and the foundation of dysfunction at all levels;
individual, societal, and humankind.
We will be able to identify, accept, feel to heal, and release the root of the
triggers. We will repeat the same cycles, and patterns until we do the healing
work. This is proven by our allowance of a certain behavior to perpetuate
within our life. We have many different behaviors we tolerate as our functional
when they are in actuality dysfunctional. Rejection and abandonment are very
good examples to look at healing. We fail to realize that we have experienced
this within our relationships as far back as the original source of incidence.
We may come to recognize the current source of this trigger. However, we
mistakenly believe that if we remove the source from our life that will end the
cycle, so we end that relationship, and begin another only to find the same
issue arise. We must recognize the trigger and examine how deeply seated it
goes. Nine times out of ten, the original occurrence is from childhood. We must
revisit the very first time we felt rejected and abandoned and by whom. It was
most likely dealt to us by a person that was supposed to be an unconditional
love for us, but was in fact a conditional love.
Our recognition of the original incident will be painful to witness, but we can
feel the feelings without actually reliving the whole ordeal again. We now must
accept the truth of what took place, heal, and release the burden. We need to
also forgive the person and our self to free all parties of the past behavior.
We will now no longer tolerate, or accept the same pattern with the original
individual, or anybody else again. We have healed a deeply seated wound within
and no longer allow a scab to be removed to the same very wound. We have
regenerated a thicker skin where the wound once appeared. We will come into
opposition with individuals that used to manipulate the trigger within us
before when we say we will no longer enable that to happen again. We fortify a
new strength within and without to stand up for our self. This refusal of
others dysfunctional patterns with us will make those people see the truth in
their own cycles.
We are capable of changing our life and the lives of others by breaking
dysfunctional patterns, and cycles. We incorporate functional living of our
life, and the lives of others too in this new healing way of life. We build
healthier relationships through this process. We share with others how to heal
the triggers that they have too. We can make an impact through breaking the
cycles that serve no healthy purpose in
life.
